PECO’s Senior Sponsor and Development Specialist Christina Kerrigan presents PECO Volunteer Firefighter Award to Pennsylvania Fire & Emergency Services Institute President Donald Kunkle (l.) and Director Tom Savage (r.)   The new award was presented to the Institute at the National Liberty Museum Awards of Valor ceremony.  The Harrisburg-based Institute established an 800-FIRE-LINE number for Pennsylvanians to answer the call to recruit new and volunteer emergency providers.
